Before you can make a withdrawal, you'll need to complete an identity verification step – this is standard practice for online gaming platforms and helps protect your account from unauthorised access.

Deposits are processed in Philippine Peso and are available for play as soon as the transaction is confirmed. Supported payment channels include local e-wallets and Philippine online banking. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method chosen – the platform's Withdrawal page has more detail on that.
